Cofferdam Liquid
Most pump manufacturers suggest to use Cofferdam Liquid in pump because of the static overpressure on the shaft seal.
Until now the method of using raw materials added to the water in the system was used, but Vecom has now developed a ready to use product based on the recommendations of pump manufacturers based on below raw materials.
- Propylene Glycol 50% (C3H8O2)
- D.I. Water 50%
The Propylene Glycol is of the highest quality. The blending with the demineralized water is tested in our own laboratories in order to have a clear liquid ready to be used on board of your vessels.
The Cofferdam Liquid is to be used after the pump has beenfilled with Hydraulic Oil .
